How many numbers of passengers and luggage can I take per ride?
For standard limo service, you are eligible to take up to 4 passengers with 4 standard-size luggage bags. SUV registrars can take up to 6 passengers with 6 standard size luggage bags. For large group or family reservations, you can book our stretch limos and party buses which can accommodate 10 to 18 passengers.
What is the maximum deadline to make a limousine reservation?
It’s recommended that you reserve your limousine with us, at least 12 hours before the journey. This ensures the availability of the car as well as the availability of the desired service in your chosen location at such and such time. However, this does not apply that we do not offer unscheduled pickups. If the cars are available, we may instantly provide you the service.
How can I confirm my limousine reservation?

What is the maximum deadline to cancel reservations?
For airport transportation, the maximum deadline to cancel the reservation is 3 hours. For intercity tours, the maximum deadline is 6 hours. Bookings can be canceled and a full refund may be granted if you follow this policy. Cancellations made after these time-frames could be subjected to a penalty fee. The sample applies to changes and adjustments in the ride.
